Elliot shoved a whole piece of elbow macaroni up his nose at lunch time - I was lucky enough to get it out easily enough (and the pea that he shoved up the other side while I puzzled on how to get the noodle out) but it's made me realize that I don't know what to do if he does it again. I don't think I could keep him still or calm enough to attempt prying something out with tweezers...
